Networking
Joining Konekts Alumni Program will provide you with networking opportunities with former colleagues, industry peers and existing staff.
Employee Referral Program
As an alumni, you could be rewarded for referring a successful candidate to Konekt. Rewards are part of our Employee Referral Program, which is designed to help us to meet our goal of attracting and retaining high quality employees. A full list of current positions is posted in our Careers section
To participate, simply send your nominated contacts’ CV to careers@konekt.com.au or call 02 9650 5150. If a candidate meets the eligibility criteria and is employed you will receive your reward when they have successfully completed their three month probationary period.
Stay Konekted
You will be sent a quarterly newsletter “Stay Konekted” that covers topical business issues, company developments and initiatives, and news about Konekt people.
Boomerangs
When you leave Konekt you may not necessarily be “closing the door” to working with us ever again, we have a number of Boomerangs or returnees to the company many of whom have been profiled in Konektions. Through being part of the Konekt Alumni community you will be tapped into opportunities at Konekt. You can also speak to our Culture & Communications team at any time.
