I am delighted to welcome you to this latest issue of Customer Konektions. This issue has been most enjoyable to prepare, as it has allowed us to re ect on some of our major achievements as well as the signi cant industry changes that have rolled through this year.
Our biggest news of the year was Konekt’s performance across Return to work rates in Same and New Employer, as well as the results and data being provided across Pre-employments. CommuniCorp has been delivering outstanding prevention services across government and the private sector – focusing on Mentally Healthy Workplaces – with remarkable feedback on the outcomes of their programs.
Konekt has also recently announced the acquisition of Mission Providence, one of Australia’s leading employment service providers. It has been wonderful to welcome all the Mission Providence team to the Konekt family. There is a lot of mutual excitement about the opportunities for cross-learning and wider distribution in the New Employer product range in particular.
We have also observed a great deal of change in the industry around us this year, and are working closely with our customers to ensure transition processes are as smooth as possible for all stakeholders. Strong outcomes are even more critical than ever, and we are investing in tools such as the Official Disability Guidelines (ODG) to ensure Konekt remain at the forefront of best practice.
Konekt are also growing our regional branch network, with the recent opening of the Konekt Orange branch, our local business leaders in Orange, building community connections and achieving outstanding service outcomes of which we are extremely proud. It’s been an enormous 2017 for us all, and for all of our customers.
