The season is changing and this spring we are pleased to announce some exciting new initiatives.

During November we will be launching the inaugural Konekt Market Report which analyses data from more than 95,000 cases; in this issue of Customer Konektions we share some of the initial findings from this report.

We have redesigned our Return to Work, New Employer Service to introduce an increased sense of urgency with respect to achieving return to work goals. The new model draws on best-practice learnings from different industries and countries to deliver a truly national service and deliver outstanding results.

Like so many other businesses, we are constantly looking to improve our service delivery and impact positively on our customers businesses. I would like to thank the many of you who took part in our recent customer satisfaction survey, we were delighted by the response; in this issue we share some of the results and plans with you.

One of the big shifts in corporate Australia has been the increasing introduction of flexible working environments. We were lucky enough to talk with one of Australia’s leading authorities on activity based working environments, Amanda Stanaway from Woods Bagot, and she shared some very interesting insights on this growing new way of working.
