A range of qualifications and non-accredited workplace health and career development courses are available through Konekt’s two Registered Training Organisations (RTO) and can be delivered at your site, online, or at one of our 40+ branches across Australia.

SRC Solutions (#88200) has delivered workplace training in the ACT to public and government organisations in a range of risk management and workplace safety options.
FNS30215 Certificate III Personal Injury Management and FNS42115 Certificate IV in Personal Injury Management prepare participants with the skills required to perform roles in the claims management and return-to-work case management streams. Along with negotiation skills, the ability to manage claims, problem solve and to develop effective workplace relationships the qualifications also address the challenges faced by case managers and supervisors.
BSB41415 Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety qualification is the entry point of formal study to acquiring a role such as a Health and Safety Officer or Risk Officer
ICT10115 Certificate I in Information, Digital Media and Technology develops practical, job-orientated computer skills for using common software applications including Microsoft Word and Excel.
The Return to Work Coordinator and Health and Safety Representative training courses meet the relevant state and Commonwealth employment regulations, as well as the Federal Health and Safety Act (2011). These courses are supported by refresher and skills extension programs to continually drive best-practice workplace safety and recovery.
The Manual Handling course is a preventative program designed to build capacity within your work force to self-manage risk and complete manual tasks safely.
Comprehensive Ergonomic Assessment training program embeds the principles of safe ergonomic practice into any work environment and teaches participants how to adjust their workstations.
Konekt Training’s Computer workshops train in the specific software programs of Microsoft Word and Excel as well as general computer setup and effective internet usage. Delivered in a 4-hour session, they come complete with workbooks and are facilitator led.
