INJURY MANAGEMENT

Early intervention service

Konekt’s early intervention service actively promotes an early and sustainable return to work for injured or ill employees.

How can Konekt help?

It is widely recognised and accepted that early intervention is considered to be the most effective strategy in improving return to work rates and reducing workers’ compensation expenses.

Konekt’s early intervention service is designed to assist the employee in achieving an early recovery and a timely and safe return to work, while lowering overall workers’ compensation costs through reduction in lost time injuries and lengthy claims.

The service focuses on providing the best outcomes by ensuring that a return to work (suitable duties) plan is in place within 72 hours of referral*.

The service is suitable for work related and non-work related injuries (physical or psychological), illnesses and medical conditions.
