Dedicated to addressing work-related shoulder injuries, the Cuff Link Service offers comprehensive early intervention through expedited referrals to a highly experienced Lifecare physiotherapist and facilitates return to work from an experienced Konekt workplace rehabilitation consultant.

Upon thorough assessment, a customised treatment pathway and comprehensive report detailing the client’s work capacity and ongoing management are devised to support a swift recovery.

Following a client’s initial comprehensive assessment, referrals are expedited to additional services if required.

This ensures smooth transition to providers such as Konekt for workplace rehabilitation, Prof Allan Wang (shoulder specialist and orthopaedic surgeon), and occupational physicians for Workcover Medical Certificates.

Optimal timing for referrals

We encourage prompt referrals post-injury to engage in best practice treatment, especially when job demands are substantial or time away from work is anticipated.
