INJURY MANAGEMENT

Veteran rehabilitation services

Konekt provides post-discharge physical and mental health support for veterans with an accepted injury or health condition.

Konekt provides rehabilitation services to support veterans across Australia

We understand how complex injuries and health conditions can be, especially after being a member of the Australia Defence Force, and when moving into civilian life and work.

Whether it’s recovering from a physical injury or addressing the psychological impacts, we use a ‘whole of person’ approach to help eligible veterans make the connections they need for a safe and healthy transition into their new life.

Your experienced team

Our team has been supporting veterans for more than 10 years – with more than 450 veterans enrolled in our service at any one time, serviced nationally by our team of allied health professionals based in our branches in every state and territory in Australia.

Konekt is a proud member of the Prime Minister’s Veterans Employment Program and employ both ex-defence staff, defence partners and spouses and a number of active reservists amongst our national team.

We know first-hand the challenges many veterans face as they adjust to the world outside the ADF and we have the skills and experience to support our veterans through this transition.

We understand for many veterans, finding a civilian job that is as rewarding and fulfilling as the ADF can be a real challenge.

That’s why we aim to support our veterans in finding the career path that fully considers their experience, skillset and interests while assisting them with their medical and health challenges.
