Employment Readiness Program Adult Education

Re‑entering the workforce can feel overwhelming, especially after spending a long time away from employment. Konekt’s Employment Readiness Program is designed to meet participants where they are, offering practical tools, guided support, and a safe, encouraging environment to rebuild confidence.

Through a blend of wellbeing practices, communication skills, workplace preparation and personal resilience strategies, this program helps participants take clear, achievable steps toward meaningful employment.

People who’ve been out of work for a long

  • Physical and mental wellbeing: simple self‑care routines, confidence‑building, stress management
  • Communication skills: professional language, active listening, asking good questions
  • Workplace readiness: what employers expect, professional conduct, planning the week
  • Motivation resilience: coping with rejection, staying persistent, resilience toolkit
