What are reasonable adjustments in the workplace?

How can you support people with disability to succeed at work? How can you get the support you need as an employee?

Reasonable adjustments are a right for everyone working in Australia.

They are changes that can be made within the workplace to support an employee with a disability, chronic illness or injury.

This includes neurodivergent people and people with mental health conditions as well.

In honour of International Day of People with Disability, we asked Konekt’s Shannen Sandford-Cooper, Jane Claxton and Jaimee Wood to explain:

  • How do they help?
  • What can this look like?
